Booking and Payments

- Receive a confirmation email from Amazingshanghaitrip with your private tour guide details.
- Go to Plan My Tours and submit your tour request.
- Amazingshanghaitrip staff will reply with tour itinerary and quotes.
- Confirm your tour booking via email.
- Receive a confirmation email from Amazingshanghaitrip with your private tour guide details.

Your personal contacts including full name, email and mobile (if available), place of meeting (e.g. your Shanghai hotel of stay, your cruise details or flight details), date and time of the tour.
For day trips and walking tours, there is no deposit required. You can pay the full amount upon meeting your tour guide. For multi-day tours or destination management including third-party bookings (e.g. car rent, hotel booking, venue booking), a certain deposit may be required.
At the moment, we accept cash payment in CNY (Chinese Yuan) and major currencies like USD, EURO, GBP, AUD, CAD. Exchange rate is calculated at the time of sightseeing tour.
If there is any change to your Shanghai visit, we appreciate your notice as soon as it happens. You can change the arrangements if agreed by Amazing Shanghaitrip. In the event of cancellation by the booking client, please Notify Amazing Shanghai trip 72 hours before the tour date.
