- This is a morning tour including three parts; Chinese Kongfu Taiji, Chinese popular delicious breakfast,East Nanjing road and bund.
- The first part is Chinese Taichi. TaiChi is one kind of traditional Chinese martial art with long history. It follows the balance of Chinese philosophy Yin and Yang. The movement is slow, gentle and beautiful. It is effective for health and wellness of mind and body. You will go to the park where your local Taichi master will teach you the basic movements , and also you will practice together with the local Chinese people.
- The second part is the Chinese popular delicious breakfast. You will join the locals to enjoy rich local breakfast at century-aged restaurant. You can taste the 3-5 of the most traditional Shanghai foods, such as the famous Xiaolongbao, hot steamed buns, soymilk, rice dumplings, wotons, spring roll and dim sum.
- The third part is visiting the East Nanjing road and bund.

In the morning your professional guide will meet you in the hotel lobby at 7:30 am . Then you will start this 4 hours morning tour with Taichi and breakfast.a
First, you will go to the local park, where a picture of Chinese morning life looms up in front of you, with groups of people playing Taichi, sword, traditional dancing, and writing calligraphy. Your Taichi master is waiting for you there. After a simple greeting, and warms up, your Taichi master will teach you some basic movements from which you can hear your inner voice of your body. Through the balance of Chinese philosophy of YIN and YANG ,you will find your own inner peace. Each form has a nature-based name that describes its overall action, such as "wave hands like clouds" or "grasp the bird's tail." At the same time, you are asked to focus on the point just below their navels, believed to be the center from which qi flows. At the end, you will follow the master performing all movements in a slow, meditative manner, and to focus on deep breathing.
Next,after Taichi class your guide will bring you to a century -aged restaurant on Nanjing Rd to enjoy rich local breakfast . Unlike Western breakfasts, a Chinese breakfast is light, but filling. Instead of “breaking” from the night’s “fast,” a Chinese “morning meal” is simply the first meal to kick-start your day. There are lots of choices; you can choose three or five kinds you like. Such as: 1 Xiao long bao, 2 soymilk. 3 Hot steamed buns. 4 Sticky rice dumpling. 5 Woton. 6 Noodles. 7 Tofu puddings 8 spring roll.9 Glutinous Rice balls in Sweet Rice Wine.
Then you will visit the famous Pedestrian road, East Nanjing road.The locals are dancing and singing there. You will have a walk and enjoy the time there.
Finally, You will visit the most famous Bund. It is a riverside road ,with the old western style architectures and the new skyscrapers at two sides. It is a picture of China development.
After the tour, your guide will send you back to the hotel.
